To our business associates, customers, external providers and interested parties,
Dotcom Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (known as "DOT") and all its subsidiaries company have placed our efforts and commitments to adhere to Malaysian Anti-Bribery and Corruption Act 2009 (MACC) requirements including its amendment. As announced by Government of Malaysia, it is mandatory for all Malaysia Commercial entity to conduct business ethically to safeguard the company from corporate liability for corruption offence.
Effective from 1 June 2020, DOT have established Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Policy to be adopted by all employees as well as our business associates, external providers and interested parties. DOT has long maintained a code of integrity in all its operations and dealings; and continue to value our business relationships with you and your organisations over the years. Perhaps, we look forward to sustaining these relationships in the years to come, built on shared values of professionalism, integrity, ethical and quality standards.
While we appreciate the gestures and intentions symbolised by the offerings made in conjunction with cultural or festive periods, in any forms of gift, we must insist that we do not and cannot accept/ give such well-meaning gifts from/to any of our business associates, including suppliers, vendors and interested parties.

1.1 DOT had established a platform for the reporting of improper conduct or activities as mentioned in para 1.2 by any individual employed by DOT, business associates and external providers; who has concern of any improper conduct or activities that may lead to negative impact to the DOT.
1.2 The Whistleblower shall make a confidential whistleblowing report of the improper conduct or activities in writing as follows:
- Breach of DOT Code of Ethics and Conduct
- Breach of DOT Policy, Procedures or Guidelines
- False Financial Statement Reporting
- Abuse of Company assets or properties.
- Embezzlement of Company funds
- Health and safety breaches, endangering employees or the public
- Miscarriages of justice and discriminations
- Non-compliance with regulatory requirements
- Damage to the environment
- Possible fraud, gratification and corrupt practices, bribery and blackmail
- Violation of law or regulations.
